Rooms are a bit run down and infested with roaches; but they’re under new management and I see great potential. Even got security for the property to keep thieves; drug users etc etc off grounds. New management has definitely been remodeling and trying to keep things up to par. Prices still unmatched though for those in need.

I had a very good time at this hotel. The general manager was very polite and accommodating. I will definitely be returning.

Rooms are full of roaches outdated furniture weird smells. Housekeepers do not do their jobs and never wants to clean your room! Front desk people are very nice that's the only good thing I can say about this hotel! The rooms are not worth the price weekly even though it's the cheapest weekly rate you will find in Charlotte. This will be my last week here. I do not recommend. I asked for my room to be sprayed for the roaches and they used bleach and raid!! Got off work last night to a bed full of roaches! I requested clean sheets so now I'm currently waiting to see if that happens. I been keeping my cool because I'm homeless and don't have anywhere else to go right now but I will never rent here again if I can help it. Whole place needs to be condemned!

I’m giving3 stars I see the potential!! Deserve more for new management new front desk manager and security is a plus. They are cleaning up the area as well as showing effort in fixing up rooms. Bridgette Reese shout out for the outstanding changes I’m seeing, keep up the great work

The worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were dirty and stink. No bath towels or extra toilet paper. The room we stayed in flooded when we took a shower. The people don’t care. It was absolutely disgusting. Do Not Stay here. The danger level is also high.
