Cedar Grove Motel

Rude owner. Paid for a whole month and never received house keeping. I was the one who paid for the room and I was trying to escape a verbal domestic situation and the owner took the man's side and told me that he was going to make me leave because he wasn't going to lose business because of me. The rooms are out dated.

This place is very quiet, very clean and very convenient. The owners and staff are very friendly and hard-working. The owners live on-site. The beds are comfortable, too. It has a lot of old time charm to it because these types of family owned motels are falling by the wayside only to be replaced by boring cookie-cutter national chains. You feel like you are a cabin in the woods. There is a huge Sheetz right across the street that is open 24/7 for cheap hot food and snacks and morning coffee and donuts. I will definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Why not support a local family business that harkens back to the way things used to be at one time in the USA. This place is in a perfect location for me personally, but everything you need is in walking distance. The rooms are clean, I've heard rumors of bed bugs but they're absolutely NOT true, I haven't even seen a spider since Ive been in this room. They make it super easy to check in and everything in my room works just fine, waters hot refrigerator Is cold and they have really good TV channels and WiFi

Had a great experience here a few years ago. I forgot my dentures as home, but luckily when I arrived I found some in the parking lot. They also had plenty of room for to set up an ice lab. Mirror on the ceiling was amazing as well. 10/10 will return.

Clean , cheap, dated rooms... that's about it in a nut shell. Very good customer service as the cherry on top.
