Holiday Inn Express & Suites Altoona by IHG

This is by far the best check-in experience we have ever had. We received an extremely friendly reception when we walked in and very accommodating for the need that we had for this trip. This is a great hotel to stay at plenty of parking. Nice breakfast choices, clean rooms would definitely stay again.

Checkin is like a mini window into your stay. The checkin was smooth ,quick, friendly and very helpful. Liz was quirky and happy, she gave us a chuckle and got is in, even when the computer gave her some issues she breezed right through while explaining the layout and amenities of the hotel . Our rooms are spacious and very up to date in furnishing, bathrooms are big and stocked well. The gym is in a large room, many cardio options and free weights and bench up to 50lbs. The breakfast is wonderful, everything cooked well and no broken machines. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through this part of PENNSYLVANIA. the front desk lady went as far as to link my rewards program for me when I forgot to bring my membership ID number. can't say enough about the staff in this hotel, especially Liz at the front desk, she was helpful, kind, funny and made us feel right at home. Housekeeping was not only friendly and courteous but always smiling. I can tell the culture in this hotel is fantastic, so great job all around. Keep up the amazing job you do.

Excellent location! The hotel and room were in pristine condition - very clean, well maintained, and many amenities. Services included free breakfast, water in the lobby, toiletries from the front desk, a business computer for printing, and a fitness center. The front desk staff were very friendly and expressed willingness to help with any needs I may have had when checking in. Highly recommend if driving through Pennsylvania!
