Casitas at Cheeca Lodge & Spa

No TV’s that are working in our rooms. Changed rooms two times still have no TV. The manger showed use two other rooms and TV’s not working. We can see some of the rooms the TVs are working. Checked in at 3:30 PM and it’s 10 PM now and still not working. I would not recommend the Chica Lodge for the price they charge.

I am currently at the resort. Everything has been great, but the way they run the golf course is questionable. There are a few minor puddles in the sand and I am being told the course is “flooded”. As someone who golf’s 80-90 times a year in the Midwest, I’ve played in much worse conditions. The course is hardly wet outside of the bunkers. When explaining this to the staff, I was basically ignored and told that the course is unplayable. I wonder if anyone walked the course this morning like I did. Us guests pay a hefty amount for this resort and for the activities to be included. If I want to golf, I should be able to. If I want to play in those conditions I should be able to, it’s a walking course so it’s not like I want to drive a cart out there, even though it’s dry enough for a cart to

Me and my husband had the best experience of our lives here the restaurant was amazing the workers and the staff was amazing the manager Mike was so friendly and awesome The sushi restaurant was a 10 out of 10 our hotel room was so clean nice and amazing we went fishing off of the dock it was a beautiful resort and everyone is so friendly there if you want to get off of the property everything is 3 to 4 minutes away so easy they have a shuttle I will definitely stay here again in September for my husband‘s birthday I am so excited

They have done this place right! It’s fantastic.
