This may be a good place to stay if travelling and must stop, or if it is close to where you work etc. It's basically a parking lot next to a busy highway. There is no WiFi nor phone line to access wifi. I'm very glad the manager told me he does not accept rvs more than 10 years old. I found a much better park with beautiful surroundings.
We stayed in the Elks site and were quite comfortable, very level and would return. The sites are rustic and back ins but full services are available and our overnight stay was very satisfactory.
Our daughter stayed in our camper while her apartment was being worked on, very well lit and all around nice RV Accommodations
Cash RV park is a nice, quiet place to call home. The manager and owner are good people. Neighbors are great as well.
Monthly payment of $700 with a $200 deposit for no amenities, no perks whatsoever and no trees! Waaay to much for this park
