Express Inn & Suites

This place is horrible!!! The front desk lady was the only nice experience. We had planned on staying for 3 nights, which was $60 per night.The room (room 108)was king size and was not has clean as we thought. The carpet is filthy, the furniture is outdated and worn. There were roaches crawling on the sink and walls. When my husband asked for a full refund they refused. Zero stars .

Positive: The price access to the highway Negative: No get what you pay for

What a dump! No elevator., The hotel and grounds are dirty, trashy and everything is in disrepair. The room had black mold on the ceiling and walls. Noisy. The entire place smelled like curry. Staff were not friendly. Homeless people living in the parking lot doing drugs and asking for money. This place appears to be privately owned rather than part of a chain.

This place is disgusting, the carpet feels like it hasn't been clean in many years, there are roaches everywhere in the rooms, the refrigerator barely works, it is not a place for children whatsoever. I had a very uncomfortable stay, I understand that it's the cheapest hotel, but it's cheap for a reason. And it's not the good kind of reasons. It smells like cigarette smoke throughout the entire hotel. There was also something harmful found in the room that should not have been in it. Tbh the only thing this place should even be is a shelter so that at least homeless people could get a bed to sleep in and a shower.

Went through a third party site to at a pet friendly motel. Had to pay extra to change one room to downstairs since most of the adults are handicapped and can not use stairs very easily. Also found that before i ever book a room like this anywhere else, to call and ask about pet fees. Found out afterward that it was rather costly to have my dogs here. Will not make this mistake again, nor will I stay at this motel again! Breakfast was a joke, nothing to eat out of or with, and only offering 2 choices of dry cereal that my child said looked unappealing.
