Hampton Inn & Suites Greenville

I end up staying here for about 6 days, initially the first day was really nice the room felt really clean. I couldn't quite sleep comfortable though, I kept feeling itchy like there were crumbs in the bed sheets. The first day I noticed the gross orange stuff in the bathroom. I also couldn't help but notice the yellow pillows. There was a lot of dirty spots on the walls and the door that made me question the cleanliness of a room. After staying there 6 days I noticed that people are constantly coming in and out so the turnover rate of these rooms is quick, the cleaning may not be as thorough as it seems. They said the bed sheets are replaced daily but when I asked for new sheets due to itchy feeling, Nothing changed and I continue to use the same sheets. The first day I arrived I also not

Bobbi was the best part of our stay she did all she could do to ensure that our needs were met!!! The complaints we had were totally out of her control such as ADA rooms left a lot to be desired, showers were walk in but lacked sufficient grab bars and no seat, no ADA toilet with a grab bars, and the other ADA room we were shown was a tub with grab bar’s and a seat but very difficult for a handicapped person to get in and out of the tub!! And also no ADA toilet. I believe that the above comment are all corporate issues!! With all of that having been said the rooms were clean and the food was good 😊

The rooms are modern, and clean. Overall, the room was OK, I just prefer carpet and a more traditional decor. Room aside, what made the stay excellent was the night desk clerk, Janet! She was everything an employer wants at the desk welcoming their guests in to their place! Thanks Janet, for your warm smile and greetings after a long day of travel! The desk clerk, Sue, was very helpful and friendly. The room was well appointed with a king bed, desk area, microwave oven, refrigerator and sink. The bathroom was well laid out and the shower head high enough that I didn't have to stoop down.
