East Texas RV Park

I've been here about six months, it's a great place. Quiet, clean, safe, and friendly. Tammy is a great park manager, I highly recommend.

We stayed for one night. To say that we were disappointed is an understatement. We packed up and left by 6AM the next day.||||The website lists "Clean restrooms and showers" (meaning more than one) when in actuality, there is only one bathroom/shower combination. I suppose that it was clean, but it is very old and dated. The shower curtain was old and did not do its job. Someone had taken a shower before me and the floor was flooded with water. Then, the toilet seat was broken and I didn't notice it until it took a chunk out of my backside. I contacted management about it and she said she already knew, and someone would fix it the next day. Why was there no sign, or better yet, some tape on the seat to prevent injury?||||The website also lists a coin operated laundry. I walked th

Older established park , clean and very helpful friendly staff. WI-FI was strong. Water pressure was very good. Short term sites were long, wide, and pretty level for gravel. My truck and 38’ fifth wheel had plenty of room. It was also very quiet at night.

Very nice, clean park. Unexpectedly shady for this part of Texas. Sites are level, full hookup on our site. Nice dog walking area. Extra nice for overnight travel, easy access to US 69.

Horrible place. We needed a one night spot on our way home from Pennsylvania. The campsites were poorly marked, the bathroom facilities were poor- the toilet seat was cracked and I only found out about it after I sat down and got pinched. I reported it to the manager and she said she already knew about it and would get it fixed the next day. The website claimed that they had more then 1 bathroom, yet all they had was the one.
