Love this spot! It was perfect for what I needed. If you're looking to have an economical stay and do your own cooking to save some money instead of eating out, this is the spot! Cindy is a fantastic host, and Brenda and her brother are very nice and accommodating. The location isn't the greatest, but it's quiet, clean, and safe. Like I said, as far as bang for the buck, it's got it!

The place is coming along great. The previous owner had become ill and could no longer take care of things so it got a little neglected . Now his daughter has taken over and pored so much into it including her blood sweat and tears along with the small crew that backs her up. About a 3rd of the units have been renovated to be brought back to life again. Each unit is thoroughly inspected and treated with a state of the art heating system that eliminates any possibility for any unwanted guest. About 45 % of the exterior has been repaired and painted. And this summer the front half will be painted along with the main house. The trouble makers have pretty much all been evicted and it is a tight nit little complex of long term renters. The property is under 24 hr surveillance backed

The most worthless place to live in the entire county. I don't like it. The manager is a worthless person who doesn't care who moved in. Plus he's let one guy stay here rent free for over a year! What a lazy manager. Still no change as of December 2023. It's still got a worthless owner who says she is fixing it up, but I see no changes.

These people suck! Their dishonest, and use the following conditions of use to take advantage of those who are living there. I have myself; have experiences with this, to the point of being charged for my service dog, and told I cannot Go into room's that aren't for Pet's! Also have had them continue to tell me to leave! I rented from them for 4 months, paying full price! Always cleaned my room top to bottom! Helped others, and am very well liked by many of the tenants. They once told me Finally, that the reason why they don't want me there, is because I visit to many people! THEIR ALWAYS HARASSING me about visiting. Even though I have seen that the fact that I am helping people is acknowledge that this is known. There WIFI SUCKS, THE ICE MACHINE DOESN'T WORK ALLOT, AND YOUR LUCKY IF YOU C

I love the palm trees and the courtyard. The property manager is friendly and the rooms are reasonably priced. Great location only a few miles from downtown and the sun dial.
