While the room is laid out nicely, roomy, clean and has a full kitchen, the bed and chair were really comfortable. A decent price as well. However, there was no phone in the room (was supposed to have one) no big deal until its 1:00 and the toilet backs up- had to go down to the front desk to report it, ask for help or even a plunger. The staff was polite but no one available to get to it before Monday (it’s Saturday) and no plunger because they’ve all already been loaned out to other guests - hmmm so this is an ongoing issue with this hotel? Nothing was done to rectify the issue no compensation was offered or given. The rest of our stay we didn’t have a toilet to use except in emergencies and then it would flush only drain so liquid only. Not ideal but all we had - other than that it was

I wouldn’t consider this even a 1 star. Woken up both nights during the night. Was so bad I had them switch me rooms at 1 am. I would never stay here again. It smells like a sewer on the first floor.

Bed Bugs were the first problem I encountered during my 4 night stay at the beginning of September 2025. After my first night, I woke up with about 8 bites all over my body. After doing some research, since I had never experienced them before, I realized they were bed bugs. I tried to contact the front desk from the phone in my room, but no one answered. I went downstairs and waited about an hour for someone to show up, as I believe they were asleep in the back. At first, they wanted me to wait until the morning shift change to switch rooms, but I wasn’t about to go back and sleep in a bed with bed bugs. We always check reviews before booking a hotel, and the reviews were slightly mixed. We double checked with trip advisor and I'm so glad we did. The majority of people were very pleased and I'd like to add to that!! Our room was very clean, spacious and accommodating. The beds were comfortable (we're in our late 50's) and they had both soft & firm pillows. We enjoyed our suite & cooked a few meals while there. (Strict diets keep us from going out every meal) The coffee pots are always too small, 4 cuppers, but we were able to get several more pre-measured coffee pods downstairs from the friendly staff. 😀 Shower pressure was great, towels were absorbent & the provided soaps worked for hubby. (I always bring my foo foo stuff! Lol) Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Book with confidence,

We stayed in this hotel for a week for a soccer tournament. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The room was spacious and allowed us not to have to walk over each other or luggage. The bathroom was spacious as well and had what we needed in it. The laundry space was top notch and free, other than buying our own detergent. This was a huge plus for us since we were washing uniforms daily. The pool/outdoor space was perfect and allowed relaxing time in the evenings. The location was superb for our needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that we needed more breakfast options in the grab and go store because we had a lot of families in our group.
