Campus Inn

New roommates enter the room at any hour with no warning from the front desk. Not clean. Not comfortable. Sticky trail on carpet from door to tv stand. No bathroom ventilation. Little temperature control. Puddle on carpet from window frame condensation. Always had a problem with a/c or heat. Half the vending machines are out of order. Laundry change machine out. If you're paying go elsewhere.

Terrible service. If you're there through Prime Inc., and you're Hispanic, they treat you poorly, if they even bother to attend to you at all, because most of the time they ignore you. They don't take your preference for a non-smoking room into account and assign you a roommate who smokes and looks dangerous. On my last visit, they assigned me a color roommate who was naked when I arrived in the room. He told me to leave and that if I didn't, I shouldn't sleep because something bad could happen to me. Even though I explained that I was his roommate, he kept saying the same thing. I went to the lobby to file a complaint and request a room change, but these people just laughed at me and didn't take me seriously. I'm sorry for Prime Inc. and I apologize for not being there the next day, but

Effectively, this is Prime's corporate driver trainee dormitory. Clean, servicable rooms and facilities. Readily available shuttle service to corporate and neighboring commercial locations. Helpful and personable staff. Well prepared breakfast and meal items are available 24/7.

Julie Gould at the cafe was so friendly and gave our grandbaby a puppy toy which made her night more comfortable. The staff is always so awesome. Great job 👍

Ethan in the cafe, extremely rude and unwilling to listen to customers when they were just trying to ask and understand how the meal tickets work. Wouldn’t listen or let me try to explain what I was asking.
