California Inn

Did not see the rooms. Reception lady was as delightful as a troll. Picture is bogus. Voice activated GPS led me here after a long day of driving. Pulled up to my room and several hookers came out of adjacent rooms to show of the wares. I decided to leave. Did not get a refund just left. Noticed several shady characters milling around the parking lot as I was pulling out. Think that sums it up!

There were so many cockroaches, I don't recommend it. We're going to report it to the city.

Their towels are clean & smell like the detergent! this is all around a place for that home away from home. owners are overall the friendlier faces on the 9nine.Pay your balance on time you'll be okay with them! It's a urban cultured kind of place very diverse. Not entirely modernized yet but in the process. You get what you pay for here no over priced surprises. It has potential; hopefully it expands adding more rooms. The maintenance staff are very prompt. Extremely helpful. If you seen this place before then you can see it's coming together nicely! Thanks again for all your hospitality

This place is infested with Bed Bug's and other Parasites. The room's are very dirty. The bedding is not clean, if you're lucky maybe there will be 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper. There is a ice machine outside but it doesn't work. The female that works in the office can't speak English very well at all, so it's very hard to understand anything that she says and when you ask her to repeat what she said because you didn't understand, she gets mad. No phones in the rooms, in order to call the office to schedule a wake up call. There is people sleeping in cars in the parking lot. There is no assigned parking, which is real sad because you end up parking outside the property along the street. This is the California Inn you want to get out of. Don’t stay here and save your money. It’s not a bad thing if you’re a landlord or landlord but you don’t want a lot more money in your home than a house is going up in price for you and the rent increases and increases over a lot in terms you have no money left to live on in a home. If you’re going out of your mind to rent it and then rent out a room in the future you will be able get a rental car in your house for free if you’re going to live there for the rest the next month and the rest the rest the month.
