Buffalo Airport Hotel

The overall stay was good. Checked out and realized when we got home later the same day, that some items were left in the room. We went shopping at the outlet mall and left 2 pair of sneakers and a hoodie in the room. Called the hotel and they said they checked the lost and found and nothing was there. They said that they would check with housekeeping to see if anything was left in the room and they would call me back. When we left, housekeeping was cleaning the room across the hall now our items are missing and nowhere to be found. In addition, we were awoken at 5am to what sounded like gunshots outside in the parking lot. There were 5-6 loud bangs that sounded like shots being fired. We looked out the windows and did see someone out there. I can get past the "noise" because the hotel is

First time here. It's very nice and clean and very friendly people running the front desk. Also this place is close to a lot of things. Across the street is a restaurant called the Olympia and they have good food service and prices. Great place to eat.

I had to stay at this hotel during a business trip for a lot longer than I had planned due to a blizzard and then feeling too unwell to travel. Everyone at the front desk was so accommodating and nice. The airport shuttle is really easy to use and the drivers are helpful. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the airport. Water and coffee are available in the hotel, and if you have to get food there is a restaurant attached as well as a gas station next door.

We needed a hotel near the airport for a few hours of sleep before traveling on. Despite the wee hours of the morning, everyone from the shuttle driver to the front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms were quiet, huge and clean. Most importantly the bed was comfortable. Great value. Feels really local. Is it the Ritz Carlton? No, but it is a clean, comfortable and convenient hotel.
