I have been a long‑term guest at this property for the past seven months, residing on the second floor. Last week, management placed a family of seven into a one‑bedroom unit directly above my room on the third floor. Since their arrival, there has been constant banging, stomping, and running throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep or feel comfortable in my room. I reported the issue to both on‑site managers, but they refused to take any action and allowed the situation to escalate instead of addressing it. This has created an environment that is not only disruptive but completely unacceptable for paying guests—especially long‑term residents. At this point, the lack of response from management reflects serious negligence toward guest well‑being and property standards.

I have never stayed in a nastier place. After one night, I woke up to a roach on my toothbrush! The whole room was horrible! I came in late the night before. My home was in the tornado zone in October and I could not stay there as it was unsafe. I could not stay here because it was so dirty. My shoes stuck to the kitchen and bathroom area floors and the carpet was nasty. The room smelled. The ac/heater came from the last century and was falling apart. The vent stuck out several inches from the wall. The bathroom door looked as though it came from salvage and the sink drain was caked with who knows what. I’ve been living at Budget Suites for about three months now and it’s been a great experience. Anytime I need something fixed, Marcus and Ty always make sure it gets taken care of quickly. Since moving in, I haven’t had any issues with insects or roaches, which is a huge plus. The front office has also been great—packages are delivered there and handed to you correctly every time. Overall, I really appreciate the staff and how well they take care of the residents.

Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs When we moved into Budget Suites, the room was filthy beyond belief. We deep cleaned the entire place ourselves, and every surface we wiped turned brown with dirt. The apartment reeked of old cigarette smoke mixed with cheap air freshener. The bathtub had chunks of peeling paint, and there were roaches crawling everywhere. It was so nasty we didn’t even use the drawers. Every inch of the apartment felt dirty and neglected. On top of that, the ladies at the front desk are rude as hell. Even if you greet them politely, they hit you with attitude like you’re bothering them just by existing.
