Budget Inn & Suites

Truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The night clerk was very unfriendly to start with, not really rude (at first), but not pleasant. A lot of stuff in the room was broken and the lights were so dark I could barely see even with all of the turned on. And with each interaction the staff got ruder.||||First thing I noticed is that the hall ways reeked of smoke. I checked-in to my room and at first glance it was ok. The room seemed to be fairly clean. It was cold so I turned on the heater and then started turning on the lights. All of the lights are such low wattage that it is still dark in the room with all of the lights on. Over priced for what they offer. I wasn't impressed at all. They only have 3 suites but for $287.00 a week. Save yourself the trouble and go to Budget Suites. This place is indoors and the "suites" have one double bed, a half fridge, sink, and small microwave. There is a TV but no partition and the love seat is up against a wall with no coffee table. It's an older place, kind of worn out looking. The regular rooms are like a musky, run down Motel 6 room. Staff was very nice showing us the rooms but that was the best part of our visit!

I was getting ready to shower and they only had two wash cloths in the bathroom. I called and request two more. I had to explain and demonstrate why I needed the wash clothes. I had to explain to her how I use a wash cloth for my face and I use a different one for my body. After I handed her the dirty wash cloth she slung the clean ones toward me (my daughter was with me the entire time) and then she smacked her lips. ||||I went to my room and I called the front desk to speak to the manager. The same lady answered the phone and told me that no one was there besides her because the others leave at midnight. Therefore I proceeded and requested her name, she refused to tell me her name. I informed her that I would like to make a complaint and she told me that this hotel was privatel

I will start by saying the rooms r nice and clean but the people that work the front desk is a whole other discussion basically asked me a thousand time time come check my room even after the house keeper came and cleaned trying to see if the room was destroyed!!! Me and my husband stayed quite nobody complained on us but they felt the need to have to check my room anyways I felt like he was trying to say I was a nasty person and was going to mess the room up. Then kept asking about the 1 person that came to our room for a short period of time and left because he had to go get his gf.. if u stay in this place be prepared to be HERRASSED and u can't have anyone over and will be paying close to 400 the 1st week to stay there it's not worth it !!!!! Stayed here for 3 weeks and it was okay, but sign outside said it was $199.00 weekly and that isn't the case. I was told that all those rooms were occupied and that the other rooms were $230.00 weekly plus tax, making the total $264.50 plus a $100.00 refundable deposit.
