My fiance and I paid for 3 nights, left the second day and requested we got our last night's fee returned and the owner Rasheed refused and then hung up on me. Unless you're desperate DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET INN QUEENSBURY, OR THE KING HENDRICKS IN LAKE GEORGE

Please tell the tenants to stop harassing the public, if they try to stop me from using the sidewalk again I will be getting police involved. This is completely unprofessional behavior and will be met with consciousness. 🚨 🦷💢

This place is a place where the county puts people in need of temporary housing which would be great if the owner was not just concerned about collecting the state grant money and not the hard times of people . He treats everyone like they are beneath him . I kept the room up to a higher standard for myself and family and we have a small dog ( which has a Doctors note as therapeutic) Owner states he don't care about the law it's his property and in his eyes "we don't pay him , the county does " like we don't still pay taxes ! I'm pretty sure what he said to us was racist we were the most respectful tenants and never bothered him for anything ( even toilet paper and stuff hotels usually provide ) Our AC was leaking so I looked at it last night and found years of slimy mold just being pushed

I had to go here in person because I could not get any information over the Web or the telephone number that's listed online I call the number that was taped to the door and the guy says he doesn't rent rooms by the night that they're rented for 475 week. There were people outside making drug deals and drinking the place look like a complete slum. Having 3 small children I decided to keep looking. Good luck.
