Budget Inn Ontario

As someone who frequents hotels and never has issues, this “establishment” has been the worst. Floors were dirty, stains on blanket (itchy and outdated) the ac was trash. the owner/front desk males were rude and tried to scam me by blatantly insulting my intelligence, causing my husband and I to quickly grab our stuff and head across town to the sleep inn for half the price, ten times the cleanliness and comfort. This place is nasty and barely falls in the category of a hotel. Travelers beware, and do not book at the front desk or their website. Third party prices really piss them off.

As long as you’re a reasonable person that doesn’t expect the ritz for $60, it’s an awesome spot. The owners have worked very hard to revamp it and are highly invested in you having a nice stay. Clean, no creeps in the parking lot, decent place to rest your head along the way.

I would Not recommend staying here. First thing we found was tons of hair, dirt and stains in the sheets. It looked like someone had been sleeping in the bed for months. There was blood and snot smeared all over one of the walls. Towels were dirty and old. The floor looked like it had not been mopped in months. The toilet seat fell off. This place was a dump. If the owners and staff would take a little bit of time to make sure things were fresh, clean and nice it would be a nice place to stay. On the plus side if your looking for a good location to be close to all the bars this is it. The price we paid for our dirty room was not worth it. We also bought some food from the little store they have and the sell by date on the candy bars was from Feb 2021. Don't waste your money staying here.

Rooms are very clean.Fast service.Bathroom is tidy and clean. But just for sake of argument, t.p. is over, not under.🙈🙉🙊

The room was clean and well maintained. We ran into some issues because we used a 3rd party booking app who was giving me false info regarding my booking. The manager, Kumar, was amazing in helping me navigate the issues and helped make everything right. He was really kind even though my husband and I were a little difficult at the beginning, after being tired from being on the road. I'm not sure what all of the other reviews are complaining about, he was very understanding and helpful. Please book directly with the hotel. The 3rd party booking apps are hurting small businesses and lying to customers.
