Rodeway Inn & Suites Ontario

We've stayed there multiple times. The staff has always been courteous and polite. The gentleman doing the breakfast is fantastic. Everything is ready to go, hot and fresh. Instead of news on the television he has cartoons on. We all thought was delightful. Unfortunately the rooms are not very clean. Noticable dirt and cob webs. The rooms definitely need a deep cleaning. Still don't want to know what the mystery fluid stuff was on the curtains 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m gave this a 4 only because you should know what’s occupied. I entered a room that was clearly used and I had no clue if anyone was in the bathroom or not, but that kind of scared me. I had to climb stairs in the brisk cold and frost was everywhere. Potential ice could’ve been on them steps and railings too. I definitely did not go back down with my luggage to get the new room key so I waited for the clerk to bring it, plus make certain the room was clear. The new room was very tight! The entire space was compact. The bed skirt NEEDS TO BE WASHED along with the pillows. The pillows had a lingering smell to them. The room overall was clean besides the thing I mentioned, but I did get to take my voucher and try out the breakfast. It was a maze getting to it and they served a variety of t

The rooms are not very clean, nor the outside. Visible dirt on surfaces, and the curtain looked as if it had been used as Kleenex) It's convenient to were we are going. Most of the staff is polite and friendly. The breakfast is very good.

Pros: The room was spacious: two beds and a desk area with an outside door, a couch and TV area with an outside door, a spacious closet area, but a tiny bathroom. I liked that the floors were not carpeted. Beds were adequately comfortable. Parking was spacious enough to accommodate the 20ft camper we were pulling.||Cons: The room smelled. How a room smells really makes a difference and this room had a noticeably bad smell. The bottom of the shower was brown, dirty, and had hair. I was also disappointed to see hair and other debris under the sheets on the bed. The price of the room was high for the quality we received. If the rate was lower (definitely should be under 100$), then I would not be as disappointed.||There was apparently an indoor pool, but we did not have time to check it out.

Man the breakfast in this place makes it worth it alone. The breakfast bar manager is very pleasant and has a clean fully stocked food buffet. There are many things to choose from. The rooms are wonderful, a bit small but great for the price, although I've used Expedia for 20 plus years so I get great discounts. Not sure of the actual price. But it's worth every dime.
