Best Western Inn & Suites

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and found it to be exceptional value for money. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable.||The standout feature was definitely the complimentary breakfast. The selection was impressive and the quality exceeded our expectations for an included meal. It was the perfect way to start each day of our trip.||The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the cleanliness standards and breakfast quality. We felt we got much more than we paid for.||Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, affordable place to stay with a great breakfast included. We'd happily return on our next visit to the area!

Reception was very good. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Shower Head was a bugger... really high, couldn't even reach and sprayed really high as well. Reserved a room on bottom floor towards the back, which I received, unfortunately it was a dog room which I knew the moment I entered due to the smell. I was relocated upstairs over the stairwell as that's all that was available. No elevator available so we had to lug our bags upstairs... not happy about that. I guess being a member doesn't really afford you any special treatment.

This hotel is older but the staff keeps it very clean. The room i stayed in had an odd smell, kind of like old mixed with cleaners lol. The bed was good but the pillows were lumpy and needed to be replaced. The room was well stocked with a microwave, coffee maker and a refrigerator. The ac unit was quiet and efficient. There is no elevator to the second floor, only stairs. The breakfast starts at 6:00 am. The food is fresh and very good!

Friendly helpful staff- Comfortable room

This property is a bit outdated, but you can tell renovations have been done in the past. Rooms are average size. Our bathroom was way too small. Shower head and water pressure were the best thing about the room. Breakfast is standard fare, but quality was slightly better than average. I chose this hotel as it was listed as a 3 Star property on Google maps. It really is closer to a 2 star and if I'm generous with my rating, a 2.5. There are several options at this location and I chose Best Western because I rarely am disappointed which is easy when looking at the competition in Ontario. I just wish there was consistency in quality at every BW. Overall, it was a good stopover hotel and for one night, it's worth the money.
