Sleep Inn Ontario

Not a horrible place to stay if it’s just a place to sleep for the night. Bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. My kids couldn’t use the pool because it was ice cold, so was the hot tub. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent, absolutely horrible. Floors are old and dirty. The door key system is so out of date that you have to have the front desk redo the key each time you enter your room or it won’t read. I’d definitely never stay here for almost a week again. Location was good though. It did get super noisy at night.

We stayed two nights on two separate bookings. We did not know we would be in Ontario for a second night but booked again in this hotel.||Our rooms were both clean and comfortable. Check in and out were handled quickly but there were times when nobody was at the front desk.||The breakfasts were definitely below par for a Choice property.

Pretty filthy carpet and bathroom - felt over priced for how dated the facility was. No hot tub, but I also wonder how hygienic it would be if it were working. The pictures online didn’t represent the room we stayed in - the carpet was wet in front of the window/underneath the heating unit. The phone also did not work, requiring us to walk to the lobby for assistance. The staff was relatively nice though.

The hotel was generally nice, rooms a good size, clean, breakfast - standard but fine. Both my wife and I had a reaction to the bedding. My wife got a very irritable, itchy rash. I faired better, but we ended up sleeping on top of the bed cover. My wife put har coat under her to keep away from the sheets. We suspect it could be the detergent used to wash the sheets. We were there one night, but the experience will prompt us not to stay at these hotels again.

The rooms were dated, carpets were dirty with stains, the bed was absolutely terrible. VERY hard and the pillows were throw pillows wrapped up in pillow cases. Water pressure for the shower was very low. Staff was friendly, the free continental breakfast was a nice feature, they had good choices to choose from. I liked how there were a lot of restaurants/fast food places near by, some in walking distances. There was also a couple grocery stores near.
