Ontario Inn

Very clean, dated room, very thoughtful though limited breakfast, including fruit, English muffin, bagel and cream cheese, etc. It felt impeccably clean and generous. The lady behind the counter was kind enough to fill my water bottle with filtered water. For the price it's a really great spot.

Check in is super smooth. Room is adequate. Interior decor is dated, but bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The owner supplies a small continental breakfast which is an extra bonus. Within walking distance of some restaurants.

We arrived at about 10pm (after calling ahead), and the office was still open. The lady who greeted us was efficient, but didn’t really make us feel welcome. However, the cat Fluffy was a fine motel ambassador. There was a large crowd at Ontario Inn, but we were able to park in front of our room. The room’s interior was very clean and really pleasant. We loved the bathroom layout, and there was plentiful drawer/storage space had we been staying for several days. The ice machine was conveniently located, and the provided breakfast had a large selection of items including fruits and yogurt. One note: they need to replace the sodas in their vending machine. Our two Diet Cokes did not taste right, and we noticed they had expired in 2022. But overall our experience was delightful.

I would call this place a hidden gem. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this local motel, which was much needed respite from camping and hiking for the last 2 days in the Oregon heat. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with friendly smiles—and a sweet cat, named Fluffy, lounging around, adding to the cozy, welcoming vibe. As a pet lover, I loved this. The receptionist (maybe owner?) was nice, funny, and easy to talk with. The room was spotless—clearly very well cared for—and everything felt fresh and clean. The air conditioning unit was new and worked just fine, keeping the room comfortable even during the hot afternoon.
