Budget Inn

This hotel is a tore up roach hotel not recommended, you defently get what you pay for, even for this place in it's condition the daily rates should be far cheaper. Tv remote doesn't work, had to ask manager to replace the microwave and for a refrigerator, which he just replaced by taking from another room. Not for even the faintest of hearts. In my situation though it's better then nothing so I'm grateful for cdc paying for it due to COVID-19.

This place is philithy the towels and bedding are not washed there so philithy they looked black i ask for clean they give more that were even more dirty no toilet paper you have to go ask they act like it's a problem they got you a roll philithy ugly place

we was looking for the budget inn this is not the budget inn we was looking for WE DIDNT STAY HERE WE STAYED AT THE MOTEL ON KANSAS AVE EXIT IN MODESTO THIS IS THE WRONG PLACE THE RIGHT PLACE IS ON KANSAS AVE OF HIGHWAY 99. THIS COME UP ON CERES AND THE ONE WE STAYED AT WAS IN MODESTO CA OF KANSAS AVE EXIT OPPOSIT JACK IN THE BOX.

The manager Joe is a stand up person. Genuinely cares about his hotel and works hard to keep it well maintained, even while being placed in the worst area of town.

The place is run down filthy and has resident tenents that will rob you in a heart beat plus stray transients that loiter, sleep right on your doorstep, and will do their best to get everything they can from you. Stay far away from tjis place stay very far
