I paid extra for late checkout with night staff got woke up told leave or pay for late checkout by owner the place smells strong with bug spray i saw mold guess I'm going call health department on them so make me feel better about my experience

If you want a clean comfortable place to stay this is it. New owner has redone all the rooms and will be doing the parking lot this summer. I stayed here for 5 days in April and will be back in May. Staff was pleasant and helpfull. Location is across from collage. You will need a car as resturants are just down the road but not within walking distance. Great value.

Do not stay here! It's literally a scam! I paid 80$ for a room and the bath tub faucet was broken. The sink faucet was broken & the bed was nasty and I think infested with bedbugs because I kept itching and getting bumps. The room was dirty looked like no one even cleaned the room. The floor was dirty & the microwave too. And then when I asked for another room they didn't even have any available and wouldn't give a refund. Just very upsetting all together and would never stay there again. Don't even understand how it's still in business.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this hotel. By the looks of the outside is still looks very run-down and I maintained. However, I am super glad I was open-minded and gave them a try one for obvious reasons they're cheap. LOL. but once inside my room, it was wonderful freshly redone, hardwood floors, huge Granite stand up shower that would hold about 4 people. Service was minimal but very friendly and helpful if needed. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay I would definitely recommend this one!

It wasn't as decent as I thought it should be for the price for a night, but it did have hot water and a soft bed so I guess I really can't complain.
