Budget Inn Express Bristol Virginia

We spent time at casino and looked around to stay, found Budget Inn Express, nearest the best in price. Room was super clean, nice location and restaurants at walking distance. Very helping staff in office. We will definitely stay here when we visit Casino.

The rates were way too high for what this place actually was. Rang up my card not before telling me she only had one room, they were so desperate to make a dollar, the cashier thought 5 grown men should sleep in the same room. All the other rooms would not work for us and refused to put us in them. The cherry on the cake would have been when she said the key cards don’t work and they would have to let them in when they needed?… I would rather eat wet newspaper than stay at this hole in the wall. This place should be condemned and put of out service. Very unprofessional and to put it quite frankly one of the most unusual experiences trying to get a hotel.

Do not get a room here. I booked through booking.com and was asked to pay $500 damage deposit in cash. This was not anywhere in the policy or anything when I booked with booking.com. I will be requesting Booking.com and other sites pull this location from their lists citing price gouging and hidden fees.

BEWARE OF BEDBUGS, me and my girlfriend returned home to New York full of bed bug bites. We stayed at room 256 and coincidentally there is another review here that claims that room has bedbugs. The place is super sketchy, over the phone said the price was $65, then charged me $78 on my card claiming taxes is 20% in Virginia. The bed and sheets were disgusting and seemed like they were 10 years old. Stay far away from this place.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Recommend if you don't mind the dated rooms. Good price.
