Budget Inn

I am very pleased with my stay! This place suited my needs perfectly. I only needed a room for the night and it worked out great. It was clean, tidy, and the price is very reasonable. I totally recommend!

Great place to stop for the night. Price wasn't bad, just off the highway and room was clean and maintained. Lady that checked us in was very nice.

Filthiest place I've ever stayed. Room smelled like an ashtray even tho it was non smoking. Carpet was dirty and sticky. Walls and doors were dirty. I walked to the nearby Dollar General for sanitizing wipes to clean the bathroom and all surfaces I was going to use plus doorknobs and light switches. Refrigerator and microwave had food splatter in them. No hot water in the morning to take a shower. Bath mat was dirty.

Should be a 5 minus star. Ground floor with a green musty carpet that looked like it had water damage. Room was infested with gnats that landed on you or on my computer screen while I was in bed. We left at that point (after 1 hour). Asked for a refund but was refused. Place should be reported to Health Dept

Stayed here for 2 nights for my son's graduation at Virginia Tech. It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I am not a hotel snob. I don't mind budget low cost hotels as long as they are clean. This place was HORRIBLE. It smelled like stale smoke, I had to keep all hanging clothes in the car and suitcase zipped so my clothes wouldn't smell. The carpet was filthy and disgusting, wore. my shoes the entire time in the room. The bedspread cover was disgusting...full of stains, looked like it had never been washed. All the furniture in the room had cigarette burns and filthy. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel for any amount of money. I paid 150 a night, I was desperate, everything in the area was sold out. I almost slept in my car the place was so dirty!!! The manager was nice en
