Customer Reviews
I booked a 5-night stay through Super.com, but the experience was stressful from the start. Upon arrival, the first staff member refused to check me in because I had missed the first night of the booking, which makes no sense for a multi-day reservation. I was left waiting in the lobby for an hour—even being asked why I was "loitering"—until a second staff member finally assisted me and honored the reservation. The property itself felt unsafe with suspicious individuals hanging around the exterior. Inside, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor and the TV was very outdated. While the room was mostly clean, I did find debris on the floor. To make matters worse, I was eventually told my room had been given to someone else. While I did receive a refund through Super.com, the lack of communica
It's a cheap trashy motel that definitely deserves 1 star. The floors in the whole room are tile which is super weird and I don't feel comfortable walking on them barefoot. The desk chair is stained. Bed is uncomfortable. They make you stand outside at a window to check in and out even during the day when they have a lobby but it's locked and you can't go inside which is rude and insulting. The vending machines are also in the locked lobby which you can't access. The wifi is so slow it is unusable. They are also way too strict with guest policies and you cannot have any guests past 10pm which is ridiculous. They charge an extra $20/night if you have anyone staying over. The curtains on the window are not big enough and there are gaps where people can see inside. They also do some kind of r
Positive: It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating Negative: This hotel was great but the wifi was horrible.... That's my only complaint... The wifi was terrible
This was the worst place i've ever stayed. First the door was broken and had to try 5-6 times before u could open it. Creepy men just driving around the parking lot hollering at me and my friend. Homeless everywhere. Roaches on the ceiling and walls. Pubes on the towels. Floor was dirty turned my feet black. Poor staff asked for new sheets bc mine were stained was told no. The next day they lock me out of the bedroom and tell me to pay for the sheets. Nothing works here. Ice machine broken pool broken can't use ur card to buy drinks/snacks. major red flag when the lobby is locked surrounded with bulletproof glass and have to check in through window. So unsafe and just straight up DIRTY!!!! housekeeping is annoying too they don't go away even if ur sleeping they'll come in.
Excellent staffing at the front desk . Very clean rooms polite people. And it is priced just right.
