Budget Host Inn-Medical center.

I did not have a good experience.i drove from Natchez, MS to drop off a client here in Arkansas. I just needed a few hours of sleep before getting back on the road.The price was reasonable enough, but upon entering the room it was not worth it. Room looked and smelled terrible. Roaches in the fridge, crawling across the walls and doors. There is no way I could sleep in that room. I went to the office, he said it was only the smoking rooms that had issues. My room was non-smoking 🙄🙄. I was in the room for not even an hour. He said I couldn't get a refund. I have to leave back out in the morning to go home, still tired no doubt. DO NOT STAY HERE. Go ahead and spend the extra money and get something better. Sadly I can't add pictures

Positive: Nothing the people that run the hotel are mean and hateful. Negative: They had bed bugs and roaches and when we went to the office and said something they did nothing about it.

You'll pay too much for what you will receive. I've seen worse. There are far better.

On the positive side: great location to get to Baptist hospital & Jason's Deli. Man at front desk always courteous. Beds comfortable & great water pressure. Needs help with: 1. Killed 6 roaches 2. Heard a mouse knowing in the wall. Dog heard it also. 3. Bathroom needs replacing. It would not close.

It's in a decent location but the truth of it is it's just a step above jail because you can let yourself in. We are on day 2 right now of no room service so beds not made and no clean towels they have not even removed our trash from the room
