Bad bugs will eat you alive!

This is a homeless shelter. The county uses this for overflow of low income housing. There are a number of long term residents. Yit is easy into access to DC. I understand the need for a place like this but it is not a good tourist spot. You Do Not want to stay here if visiting DC.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. The owners son is insane and always looks like hes messed up on drugs. I stayed there one night after a 17 hour shift at work and i woke up late...maybe 20 minutes past checkout time? Well anyways i didnt hear the phone ring in the room so he comes over and starts banging really loud on the door. I answer it and he starts screaming and cussing at me telling me that he called the cops on me and that i had 30 seconds to get out of the room. I paid 65 dollars for this roach infested room. The room was disgusting and looks like it has never been clean. Bathrooms are gross and dirty. This place should be shut down. Do not stay there unless youre desperate. Again this place should be condemned.

This is the worst motel I have ever been in my life. It is infected with cockroaches crawling all over the bathroom and all over the room. There is trash all over the parking lot and the hallways. Everything is outdated faucet and shower constantly leaking. It looks like they don't change the bed sheets and comforters. They need to shut down this place and do some upgrades in it.

This hotel is a mess it is very dirty with lots of roaches and different other type of bugs. i will never come here again, this hotel is for people who are very desperate. the toilet barley flushed so i couldnt use the bathroom how i wanted too. the bed has baby roaches crawling everywhere on the bed. i was so uncomfortable and couldn't sleep. if i was you i would think twice about coming here. its a cheap and clearly not a place to say the night at.
