Bridgeway Inn & Suites Portland Airport

The employees I dealt with were pleasant, Especially the maintenance man whom we met by the pool Unfortunately this place is getting very run down. The lobby is the cleanest/nicest area. This is the type of room where I was really checking the beds for bedbugs. The toilets are incredibly short, almost child height. Everything felt dingy and threadbare. The pool area was also rundown and heavily chlorinated with what used to be a sauna now being used as a storage room. The worst thing was the large amount of people that seemed to be hanging around outside each day. They seemed to be family of the owners but it was really uncomfortable walking past this large crowd of people both day and night. Growing up in the Hotel industry the hotel needs help. The breakfast bar is laughable at best. Pool closes at 10pm. Toilets are very short to the ground, our room had mold in refrigerator, bed was okay. HVAC smelled like wet dog. Bathroom fan sounded like a diesel ideling. For a turn and burn room for a short road trip this place is okay, short term with kids I would look at others places. Notice to ownership do better this place could be so much better.

Positive: Room was nice Negative: The pool area was clean, but derilect. There were open wires where the thermostat and hot tub controls were supposed to be. No towels in the pool area at all,

I wish I could give zero! Do not stay here, run away! Rooms are so dirty and not maintained. Should be the setting for the next opening scene to a horror movie. Was obviously not cleaned. Trash was in trash cans, grime and finger prints everywhere, hair all over walls and furniture, a clear dirty hand print on the wall over the toilet, floors cracked and tiles moving under your feet, rust and mold all over bathroom, don't even get me started on the beds or bed bug hotel!! Smelled of cigarettes even though no smoking, trash all over parking lot! We literally ran away after 5 minutes and felt like we needed a shower! Just don't do it!!

FILTHY ROOM!!! THE TOILET WAS NOT CLEANED!!!! DIRTY FLOORS, COUNTER TOPS, WALLS, MATTRESS IS DISGUSTING!!! Mirrors and pictures had literal graffiti on them that they somehow didn't see BECAUSE THEY NEVER CLEANED THE ROOM!!!!!!! $20 unannounced pet fee. Just the absolute worst hotel ever. And I've been around. Oh and the indoor pool which is what we were excited about was COLD. Edit: There were clothes in the drawers still so obviously they don't take time to even look in the drawers or clean it's just disgusting.
