Spent one night in the off season & loved it! Hotel & room were immaculate! The room is very well thought out & nicely decorated….bed & pillows were super comfy! The continental breakfast was an added bonus! Beautiful location steps away from the beach with gorgeous views of Provincetown! Would definitely stay at this hotel again

The Breakwater Hotel provided a beautiful location for our Ptown trip. It was close enough to town to easily access it, and far enough away to enjoy the nature and peace of the Cape. We loved the comfy outdoor wicker furniture provided for each room, and used it every day. The continental breakfast was simple and sufficient with excellent coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated their kindness. If we could change something about our stay it would be sleeping comfort. The beds were too firm and lumpy for a truly comfortable sleep, and the outdoor nighttime lighting does shine into the room so bring your eye mask. We would definitely stay here again.

If you’re looking for a quiet vacation away from the bustle, this is your spot. It is about a 40 minute walk from Provincetown shops and restaurants. The Coast bike company has hourly rentals right at the hotel (about $25), and you can take a bike or scooter to get to the shops. The pool is beautiful and clean. The lobby area has lots of couches for hanging out with friends. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff was very nice. In fact, every staff member I came in contact with was fantastic. The beach is right across the street; be careful on the rocks, we had one friend slip and get some pretty bad booboos.
