Brant Point Courtyard

Brant Point Courtyard condominiums are located just a half mile from Steamboat Wharf. I recently stayed here during the Nantucket Wine Festival week. There are only 14 units in this small complex. Ours was a studio unit with a full kitchen and a full bathroom. There was a murphy bed in the living room wall, and a queen sleep sofa providing sleeping space for 4. The unit had plenty of windows, plenty of linens, and had all the dishware and cooking utensils you would need. I just love this place... you're far enough from the hustle and bustle downtown, but just an easy walk away. I have also stayed in a 1 bedroom unit here. Those are 2 story condos which also have full kitchens and a full bathroom, and include a fireplace and a private deck. The units are nicely decorated and very clean. Jet

Booked this place months out in advance and less than a month away from the dates of our trip they suddenly cancelled on us forcing us to have to find a room for double the price because "they're fully booked" i assume either the person who owned the timeshare wanted to actually go that weekend now or they were just able to charge someone more money for it. Either way dont book here unless you're ok with your plans being derailed at the last minute.

Great location. Arrived at 3:15. Website says 4pm check-in. Man at desk says check-in isn’t until 6, but he might be able to get us in at 4. Told us to leave our bags in the “recently sanitized” unit and come back at 4. Sand all over the floor (not pictured) and whatever this blob was on the deck. Came back at 4:30 , told man about discrepancy regarding web information about check-in and what he said. Doubled-down on the 6 pm check-in and acted like he was doing us a favor to letting us check in at 4. We obviously could have checked in right when we got here. Then man seemed put out by our request for a broom so we could clean up sand. Never apologized or insisted that he take care of it. Room is okay... a little tired. Not feeling the “hospitality”. The resort had an excellent location. It was close to the center of town and had a number of restaurants close by. The units were well maintained and had everything we needed. The little outdoor patio was nice to come home to and have our dinners or just a glass of wine out there. We highly recommend this resort.

Timeshare condo constructed in mid-1980s. The A-building has 8 townhouses, 7 of which are two floor. Well equipped kitchens and ample space in living rooms. One bedroom is on upper floor, with full bath. We have stayed in A-8, A-7, A-6, A-2, and A-1, as well as the one floor efficiency, A-5. Walk to Brant Point beaches and Town, including Steamship Dock. Some parts of units getting a bit "tired" in terms of he kitchens and bathrooms, particularly A-5. But it is the location in combination with value as either a rental, swap or owner which is unsurpassed for Nantucket. Perfect for summer with families, or during shoulder seasons as a couple after everyone goes home
