Boston Marriott Peabody

The hotel has a really nice lobby - very clean and bright with a free seltzer water dispenser. Despite a bar mitzvah taking place, the noise levels were fine. There is a restaurant on site with a bar that served Starbucks coffee. Our rooms were a nice size - clean with comfortable beds. I would say it was a 20 minute drive into Salem. I highly recommend and will stay here again.

Exceptional Stay at the Marriott Peabody! I had a wonderful experience at the Marriott Peabody. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Check-in was fast and easy, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable — one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Decent Marriott hotel in Peabody with very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, nice and clean rooms. Cleaning and housekeeping staff is thorough as well and overall hotel design being renovated. The executive lounge was being remodeled so we could not use it. The hotel is close to the highway which can be noisy but if you get a room on the side opposite the highway it’s rather quiet which is good. Hotel is close to many shopping and dining venues. We loved the flavored water machine.

Overall, decent. Lobby is gorgeous and clean. Check-in/check-out staff were just ok - not very friendly or even very nice but they were efficient. Rooms and hallways are definitely dated - desperately need an upgrade. Just shabby. Room was reasonably clean. As others noted, tv at a weird angle to bed making watching while laying down uncomfortable and inconvenient. Sheets were lovely. Bed was comfy. Hallway cleanliness was questionable - I saw random bits of whatever including a spoon and a fork on the floor. No one bothered picking those up. Food at Sophia's was very good. Bartender Rafael was very nice and took good care of my friends and me. Good but pricey craft cocktails. Kitchen at dinner time seemed a little slow but food was very good. Would I stay there again? meh

We recently held our 50th High School Reunion at Boston Marriott Peabody and it was AWESOME!!!!!! The ambiance of the hotel is very inviting. The brunch at Sophia's was delicious!!!!! The rooms were lovely and the bed - sooooo comfortable! The Event Manager Bryan was so easy to deal with and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our Reunion a success. Attention to detail is key when planning such an event and I can clearly see why he is the Event Manager!!!!! The wait staff at the function and the Bartender were so helpful in making sure that the room was set up just right and very attentive to keeping everything running smoothly. They were always ready to lend a hand a hand as we set things up. The food was out at the right time and it looked perfect! The food - let m
