Bluebird Dennisport

My daughter and I stayed here in a last minute pinch when more people than expected showed up to our family cottage and it was such a nice experience. The front desk receptionists were so pleasant and helpful upon checking in/out. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, well lit and nicely decorated…but the bathroom was honestly the best part! It was pink with black/white tiled floors and we were so happy to have an inside shower after showering outside all week. Bluebird provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash too which was greatly appreciated. The kitchenette had everything we needed, sink, cups, mini fridge and coffee/tea was provided at the reception area. They had both an indoor and outdoor pool as well as vending machines, grills and game setups. I highly recommend Bluebird if you’

DO NOT STAY HERE. For the price they charge, your money is far better spent anywhere else. Our shower had mold, the sink constantly clogged, the AC didn’t work, and our room was never cleaned or refreshed with new towels. On top of that, the floors are made of a sticky material that makes your feet feel gross just walking on them. After our stay, I reached out to BlueBird to address these issues and they never responded. The lack of customer service says it all. There are plenty of hotels in the area that will give you a much better experience for your money—avoid this place at all costs.

Have never been to Cape Cod previously, and booked Bluebird Dennisport with reward points from major chain hotel so there was no cost to us.||Cute little place, very rustic and seems to fit into vibe of local area. Property is cute. Enjoyed sitting by the gas firepit, but skipped the pool since our Floridian blood is used to much warmer summer temps for swimming. Enclosed pool and hot tub area were closed for renovations, but looked nice. Location was nice; we were within walking distance to a few small restaurants.||Our room (deluxe double queen) was comfortable. (We were on first floor; our neighbors upstairs sounded like they were doing laps in their room at times, but of course this was not fault of hotel.) Staff was not friendly to interact with starting with the front desk. The interior of the room was disappointing in comparison to pictures - wallpaper peeling, bathroom being small and cold to take a shower because of the half door. Lighting isn't great at all in either room. You could hear everything at all hours of the day - staff and other guests slamming doors early in the morning and conversations through the walls at night. We fought to find a parking spot every day. Really a let down for what you advertise.

A nice and clean spot for my solo trip with my dog. Location was really nice and walkable to a nice park and some good eats. Staff was really friendly overall. It is motel style and very kid friendly so we definitely heard kids running around but nothing to the point where it was insane. My only other suggestions would be to have some sheer curtains for the windows so you can have some privacy quit cutting out all the nice sunlight in the AM, maybe add some sort of clock to the room, and coffee maker. It was nice having a microwave.
