Billings Hotel and Convention Center

Positive: All of the staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We loved that there was a bar, restaurant and coffee shop on site. We were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again Negative: The room next to us had kids that were very loud and up most of the night. Certainly not the hotels fault but soundproof walls would be amazing!

Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience (I would rate this hotel no stars but google review requires at lease “1” star). Our family had an extremely disappointing experience with the Billings Hotel and Convention Center. We arrived to check in on Friday, February 20, only to be told that our room had already been given away—not only for Friday night, but also for Saturday night as well. Despite this, we were informed that we would still be charged for both nights, and that there were no rooms available at all, as the hotel was reportedly “overbooked by two rooms.” To be clear, we were left without accommodations entirely. Our credit card had already been charged, and we were told there was nothing the hotel could do. This situation was especially distressing as we were traveling with

The drain in the shower was very very slow to the point you stood in calf deep water taking a shower unless you wanted to turn water down to a trickle then you’d stand in ankle deep water. |TV in bedroom stayed on “searching for channels” mode the whole time. Hair dryer was clearly broken but at least front desk brought a new one. Turned all these issues over to front desk and house keeping. Too much $$ to be paying for a suite for crap like this. The ONE GOOD thing I can rave about was the conference room & the food & staff in that setting were EXCELLENT! Won’t stay there again though.

I wish I would have done a little better research before booking here. Rooms are pretty outdated and run down. This is also the coldest indoor pool I've ever been in but the kids loved it. They do not do continental breakfast and you have to pay and for the price they charge for breakfast you could go to a really nice restaurant. Just for the buffet line that's like a normal continental breakfast, its 15 bucks a person or they have a really overpriced menu you can order from.

Hotel room was a little outdated. First night we had neighbors knocking/banging on the wall 2x when our kids came back from swimming. Second night was ok. Kids really enjoyed the swimming pool with the slides. Friendly staff and a good coffee shop
