Best Western Statesville Inn

We were pleased with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was top-quality. Who had ever heard of a yogurt dispenser before? We will plan on staying here on our return trip from Florida in February.

This motel is convenient to get to when traveling. The staff are all very nice. I like the guy at the desk on Dec 1 when we arrived about 6:30 at night. He is friendly and cheerful which was very welcome after driving all day. The lady who attends the breakfast area on Tuesday Dec 2 is fantastic. We have met her before, and enjoy her friendly conversation. |The rooms are clean and this motel accepts dogs, all a plus for us.

I have to admit I was a bit wary when I first pulled up to this hotel. But the woman that checked me in was really nice & very helpful. My room was spotlessly clean and everything worked properly. I felt safe enough there and the man that checked me out was very friendly as well. It's not a "fancy" sort of place, but it's very clean and comfortable, and the staff is great.

Staff Member (Darryl) was extremely helpful and courteous providing knowledge about the area. The Hotel was older and had parking just outside the rooms. My room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the bedside table and lamp that proved USB and Power receptacles. Bed and mattress very plush that made a very restful sleep. There was no vent fan in the bathroom. Hot water after a few seconds instead of minutes. Fridge, Microwave in one unit with nice surface space. The Hot Breakfast was on par with upscale Hotels where you serve yourself. All in all a very nice Hotel in my opinion that was Pet Friendly and provided discount for Military Veteran. I would stay there again. Great Job!

Room was nice and spacious. Loved the bathroom space and toiletries. Breakfast was top notch, only thing I would have changed is how much squeeky noise the AC made while I was trying to rest that night. The pool was clean, we enjoyed our stay and will returning the future.
