Best Western Southwest Little Rock

The neighborhood around the hotel seemed a little sketchy. One of the elevators was out of order, and the other smelled like sweat and weed. Our rooms were good, no surprises or disappointments there. One of our room keys didn’t work at first but the hotel staff replaced it for us quickly. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. I also couldn’t hear my niece crying through the night in the next room over. Breakfast in the morning was fine. The eggs tasted and felt like rubber, and the apple juice was very watery. But everything else I tried was pretty good.

We were immediately welcomed to the hotel by Erica at the front desk. She shared great information about the hotel, and made us feel like valued customers. She gave us some great suggestions about where to eat, and some were a very close walk away. We took her suggestion and had a delicious meal. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we had a great night's sleep. The shower was good too. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold offerings, and plenty of healthy choices. The next day when we checked out, Erica was there again, and she was friendly, professional, and pleasant.

The room was very spacious, and the layout was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and the TV and remote were well-positioned. Everything was clean and tidy. "Felt like Home!" The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. The scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits/gravy really hit the spot. The atmosphere of the dining room was great! The owner/manager greeted us and even sat down by us and chatted during breakfast. Erica told us about the rewards progam and signed us up for it at checkout!. We will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed here 2 nights. The night we checked in (Thursday) the lady at the front desk was so nice. Probably the best service we have gotten at a hotel in a while. I wish I would have gotten her name to name her personally for being so friendly to us and my son. Room was clean and had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable, and place was very calm. I slept just as good as I do at home. Breakfast was good too and had lots of good options. If we are ever in town again, I would definitely stay here again.
