Positives include impressive entry and I was pleased with our large-ish room. It is dog friendly, clean, and the rooms have a good fan, microwave and mini fridge. The lounge was a great place to hang out in the evening. Friendly staff. |Negatives include no hot water in the morning at 8am. The pool area was overwhelmed with children until closing, and the Sunday breakfast was meh hot choices with limited hours closing 9am.

Positive: The breakfast room staff and food is above average. Terrific staff. Negative: The mattress in my room was terrible. Very hard with a crown on my side. Was supposed to be a Queen but seemed like a full. Was small for a Queen.

Quite dark rooms, beds were comfortable, felt safe. Not sound proof and you can hear people in the hallway etc. breakfast was good, pool was clean with a hot tub. There was a lot of maintenance going on and so it felt sloppy. It’s an old hotel but you are getting a good price point. It is cheaper for a nicer place in Idaho Falls but considering that area it’s ok.

This hotel is pretty old and run down. The common areas were fairly dirty. The breakfast was standard "free breakfast" fare, but lower quality than average I'd say. The walls are paper thin and there was an unpleasant odor permiating the place. I wouldn't stay there again, even if the alternative was more expemaive.

So I had a late night check in that was supposed to be discounted ten dollars I booked online and it didn't give me the discount. Other than that the customer service was amazing and this day was good. Very clean sheets pillowcases , fully stocked with incidentals.
