Cowboy RV & Mobile Home Park

My husband and I began our married life in Cowboy, where we lived for about one year. We chose this place because it seemed to be the safest and most secure option among the trailer sites in Pocatello. I became pregnant soon after, and during the day I often had to stay home alone while dealing with pregnancy-related complications. Despite this, I felt very safe in our home. Our neighbors were kind, and I often saw neighborhood children walking around and playing safely. The office staff were also very kind and willing to work with us; they are truly good people.

We were going to arrive a bit early, so we called ahead. The nice lady we spoke with gave us our spot so we wouldn't even have to stop at the office. The pull through spot that we got was shared, but no one was behind us, so we pulled through. The spots are blacktop and it was level enough we didn't have to get the pads out. We hooked up the sewer (nice), the water and the electric. It took my surge protector 3 attempts to call the power reliable, but it finally did and I didn't have any problems after that. We were able to detach and park in the same spot easily. Each spot also has a nice picnic table. We settled up after we hooked up and the nice lady at the office was very friendly! We truly enjoyed our time at Cowboy Trailer Park and the support it gave us as we started our family. The opportunities and assistance we received there made a big difference, and we don’t think our family would be where it is today without them. The staff were always kind, helpful, and easy to work with. We will always cherish the beginning of our family journey there and are very grateful to the office staff for supporting us as we built our small family.

Cowboy RV is a great place to stay. It is very clean and quiet. The bathrooms are very clean. We arrived after the office was closed, but check in was so easy. We will definitely stay here again.

I was nervous about living in a trailer park at first, but after 3 years, I have to say that it was really good experience. It's clean, and I met a lot of really good kind people throughout the entire park. I never had any significant concerns of safety. I attribute a lot of my experience to the manager, Melanie. She works hard to do an awesome job at making it a good place for everyone. Just keep your property clean and maintained and be courteous, and I never had a single issue pop up. A huge thank you to Melanie and my wonderful neighbors! Plus, being close to the cemetery allowed for some peaceful walks during the warm months.
