TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pocatello

We booked a room(424) for the family. The room smelt like rotten fish that smashed you in the face when you opened the door. Opening the windows did nothing. We complained to the front desk, and she said sorry. Wouldn't offer another room or any help. I requested help or an air freshener, and they wouldn't help. We went and bought 4 tree air fresheners from Maverik to try and mask the smell(didn't work). 2nd night I requested for the front desk to come up and smell the room, and she gave me a spray bottle for cleaning...... Customer service was horrible!!!! Will not ever go back.

Kaylee made our check in a breeze and went above and beyond. Best Marriott employee I've encountered in all my hotel stays. Room was very clean, comfortable. Morning breakfast was delicious. Excellent choice for a short or long stay. Will be back! Special thanks to Kaylee for being so professional, cheerful, she really made my stay.

I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites Pocatello. Kaily at the front desk was especially welcoming and friendly, making check-in pleasant and easy. All the staff were consistently helpful and kind throughout my stay. Excellent service and a comfortable experience overall.

This is by far the best place to stay in Pocatello. When we arrived we were greeted by the manager Jeff. What a friendly and welcoming person. We stayed in a double king bedroom suite. 2 king bedrooms separated by a living room. The couch turns into a bed as well. The kitchen was so nice. Everything you need to Cook with, besides the food. Everything was extremely clean and so very comfortable. The breakfasts in the morning were abundant with food. All cooked fresh and oh so good. My son enjoyed the weight room. Again everyone was so welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.

Welcome to the friendliest place on earth!! What a great stay. Made my reservation with my lab Fluffy and Kaylee had left treats and a note for Fluffy which was an awesome !
