Hampton Inn & Suites Pocatello

Easy access to anywhere in Pocatello. The rooms were clean and cozy. It was quiet for a hotel. I feel the noise around was more muted than some apartments I've lived in! Lots of options for breakfast and a very comfortable area to eat in.

Here is another “head scratcher” for me during check in. Mr. Tone is one of the most polite and professional desk clerks that we’ve encountered. Still, he asked that I swipe my card because he couldn’t find the AE card saved to my Hilton Honors account. The reason why this is so abrasive to me is because when a reservation is made it requires a credit card to confirm. “So I find it somewhat disingenuous that my Hilton Honors account could be so easily found but yet my card saved to the account is absent.” “Consistency and diligence among Hamptons should not be this difficult unless something else is occurring.” Moving on to rating the property, I found it near immaculate and very well manicured. Loved it! 10/10 recommend this hotel! We had a basic room and had a great view. Downside is there was no microwave in the room but there is one down stairs. In the lobby they offer 3 coffees and hot chocolate and hot tea! The breakfast I would say is above average for free breakfast! They had lots of good options. The pool was warm and clean! The hot tub wow when I say it was HUGE it's HUGE! very clean! Will definitely be returning.

Positive: The rooms were nice and big Negative: 1. The breakfast was very disappointing not much of a selection and all they had was eggs and potato and idk what kind of meat that was and the oatmeal was slimy ?2. The tv selection was poor it would have been nice to stream movies

No front desk check-in when I arrived. I ran into him later when I tried the digital key on my room. Apparently he had to check some rooms to see if they were ready to be used. Never received my member rewards. Will avoid this hotel in the future.
