Quality Inn Pocatello North

The basic room we booked was very big. Cannot think of any negative. This is not a 5 star place but it is clean and quiet. We would stay here again, no problem. Almost the same price as a place that did not offer breakfast.

We spent a night in Pocatello, ID. Although our room was slightly small, it was very clean, updated, and comfortable! The hotel itself is a very clean, quiet, and easy access hotel! We had a problem with one of the front desk personnels. The DM Donna rectified the situation and apologized for the employee. Donna also helped me print a document and went above and beyond to ensure that it printed correctly. What a great DM and employee, Quality Inn is Blessed with! She made our stay even better!

Breakfast was overcooked,no potatoes.asked for a receipt on departure and they were unable to provide one said I had to get it through the third party. Still no receipt. Very disappointed in the downhill trend at this hotel at quality in Pocatello north. Will have to rally think about staying there again

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the room itself felt quite dated and had a noticeable strange odor. The bed linens seemed old, the mattress was uncomfortable, and there was no soap provided in the bathroom. Overall, while the service was good, the accommodations could use significant improvements.
