Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Pocatello

I had to stay here as a local after my house flooded and they did restoration work. I was delighted by the customer service which was friendly and helpful. Each interaction that I had with staff highlighted how happy the employees are and one even told me “I just love my coworkers.” My room was big and quiet, the hotel was clean and had great accommodations. I was really surprised at the value given the lower cost, I highly recommend!

This hotel is AWESOME. It is very beautiful in the lobby and the exterior. Rose was so welcoming and kind to us and hooked us up with a room upgrade since we were on our honeymoon. They had a valentines day christmas tree that was so creative it was awesome!!! The included breakfast blew us away. There were so many options including eggs, bacon, sausage rounds (which you could make into a breakfast sandwich with the provided bagels or English muffins), a waffle making station, cereal, yogurt parfait/oatmeal station. The rooms are definitely older but they seem to have done some surface updates, and our room included the cutest little stove/oven. Would for sure stay again.

This property is the star in the Fairfield Inn crown! After driving for thousands of miles and staying at properties offering an average experience, THIS property made us feel like VIPs!! The staff was incredibly welcoming. The room was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. The hot water pressure was fantastic! The A/C worked well without being noisy. And the FREE hot breakfast was absolutely fantastic! They had quiche! Maria, an incredible employee, walked around welcoming everyone, clearing tables, offering refills or extra napkins. This felt like staying with family.

Positive: Clean, and smelled it as well. Negative: The bed was a bit hard.The toilet was very low with no grab bar, so tall people will struggle, but I did not have an ADA room. Just a regular room.

I don’t review places often, but I felt the need to review this place. My brother and parents have passed. I moved to Idaho this year. Christmas was going to be a rough one, so I decided to stay at this hotel for some rejuvenation and relaxation. The staff is extremely kind and they go above and beyond to accommodate. They check in on you via text message which is so cool. The hot tub was cooled off the first night I was here. I mentioned it to Mandie and she got it fixed immediately. I love the beds. This is the first time I’ve slept through the night in years. It’s clean, it’s quiet, it’s pleasant. I actually liked my stay here more than my stay in Alila in Encinitas, CA.
