Great hotel but the pillows suck. I do not want my pillow to go flat when I lay my head down. The full kitchen and roll out table were a nice surprise. Kitchen sink, dish washer, full sized fridge, dishes, utensils, everything! Cook tops and skillets available upon request. The bathroom was small but functional. They use the Zero hygiene products. I can't say I'm a fan of Zero. Does make my hair feel good at all. Please put lotion in the rooms! Zero body wash makes my skin dry and there is no Zero lotion. Their breakfast was creative. It was a DIY breakfast sandwich bar. They also had waffles and oatmeal. Over all this is a great hotel and I would stay here again.

Home2 Pocatello is just as delightful as the town. Gunner makes you feel so welcomed when you check in. He also walks the halls to make sure the hotel is safe and secure. Sean has a warm welcome and always speaks to verify everything is ok if he sees you in the lobby after you check in. Laurie makes sure your morning is started right and your room was great, coffee is full, and starts your day with a smile. Jason the GM has a great team that goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and if they don't he will. Hotel has a full refrigerator, desk, and large LG TV that has a sleep option. Rooms are quiet.

Just gonna go ahead and give this hotel five stars. For the money and location, this place was perfect. Great amenities including a quite-good breakfast, a professional, prompt, and courteous team of employees, and a clean hotel that was pretty darned comfortable… it earns five stars from this experienced traveler.

Positive: Location Negative: Initially on the 1st floor but after 2 days of the guy in the room above me getting up at 4:45 am and walking around , I had to changed rooms. Then in my new room, the floor squeaked . Makes me feel the Hotel construction doesn?t seem high quality .

My only complaints are the bathroom door is a barn door with no lock and a visible crack. Also, the room was so hot even with the air conditioner. I believe it’s due to the poor fan in the bathroom after showers. I will say it’s a nice hotel with a good pool and breakfast.
