Had got the jacuzzi rooms and unfortunately the walls were filthy like someone wiped they dirty hands all over it and it was never cleaned. The floors feel nasty, the furnace is very dirty and disgusting and the jacuzzi had hair still left over in it. ||Also rooms definitely aren’t worth no $150 deposit either. Idc if it’s refundable and you get your money back. That amount is absurd for how this property looks. ||The ceilings look to have mold. The door frames have rust from water droplets, ||I could go on and on but that’s to say the least.
Pleasantly surprised! Price was much cheaper than other hotels we usually stay at, but chose this one for the water slides for the kids. Pool is only 3 feet at the deepest, so older kids will be bored. Location looked a bit sketchy, abandoned boarded up building not too far behind, homeless people on the nearby corner. They do have the elevator locked so you need a room key to use it, so that helps with security. Rooms were decent and fairly clean (hotels are never as clean as home!). Breakfast had a very nice variety. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the price we paid!
Positive: The pool for the kids, good location, free breakfast. Negative: The pool slide area was very slippery and multiple kids slipped and fell. That area needs a large rubber mat. Our shower was hard to turn on and needs repair. Also the noise from being right next to the elevator and no housekeeping for 4 nights.
Hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was a little chilly but easy to get used to, the yellow side is so much fun. It might not be very long but it is fast. The hot tub could have been warmer, but it was actually nice that you could sit in it for a while. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The breakfast attendants had made a tater tot casserole for the first time that morning, so it's nice to see them expanding on what they always serve. They also had biscuits and gravy. Two different kinds of waffles, hard boiled eggs, fried egg, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage so very large selection. Definitely something for everyone. Only heard kids in the hallway during the day which wasn't a big deal. It was mostly quiet and we didn't hear our neighbors at all. Parking was pl
Im a Premier Best Western Customer. This has to be the Worst Best Western I've ever stayed in. Room needed alot of work. People smoking in the hall. The floor in the 1st floor. In-between the Office and elevator. Completely wet. From People coming and going to the pool and elevator. The Clerk on duty. Was told about these issues. But, didn't do nothing. Parking is very hazardous. Good luck finding a parking spot.
