Best Western Plus Las Colinas Inn & Suites

Loved it so quite and everyone is very friendly rooms are super clean stayed in a king suite my whole trip :)

Clean room and courteous staff. I believe it is a remodeled hotel. It’s a short distance from entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. The complimentary breakfast had the basics. The hotel is in a safe area and had everything I needed. I’ll definitely consider staying here again. I wish the room had a bathtub for taking a bath instead of a walk in shower. Also, the bed wasn’t too comfortable. It is a stiff spring mattress. Those aren’t ever comfy. Last but not least, the floors were wonky. The carpet was uneven and squeaked whenever I walked on it. The bathroom tile is wobbly too.

Terrible never go here. Me and my husband tried to make a booking and the front desk man (lady) wouldn’t let us in a room after we payed over a week ago and they confirmed that we were all set. He refused to let us in our room so we called booking.com so they can called the hotel and the man answered one time and then he hung up on them and every time booking.com tried to call back he would just mute the phone and ignore them so he didn’t have to help me. I ended up having to get a refund from the hotel and just going somewhere else after waiting 2 hours. Terrible.

If you want to sit at the counter after hours of driving because they can’t figure out how to do there job come here. I signed for a 25$ deposit and they just now day after I stayed charged me for an extra 150$ for no reason… I just spent 300$ to stay at a low class hotel. Scammers also.
