Best Western Plus DFW Airport Suites

As of January 2 026, the hotel does not offer a complimentary DFW shuttle. An Uber is $60 round-trip.|The shower/tub in our bathroom had no safety rails.|The room was clean and spacious. The two desk receptionists were efficient and pleasant.

Positive: Nice, clean, and spacious room. Negative: There was no USB charging port by the bed so that made it somewhat inconvenient; though there was one around the wall.

Well I have very little positive to say, really doesn't seem like this hotel tries very hard in any department. Bed was mediocre and the sheets are very cheap feeling polyester/plasticky. An airport shuttle was advertised but turns out there is literally no shuttle service at all. Feel like it's a bit dishonest to call yourself an airport hotel yet have no transportation options. Rooms are mostly clean though. And the soap you get in the room is decent. Breakfast is hilariously mediocre and doesn't even feature any fruit. Only reason I'm even giving this place 3 stars is because, well, there were no bedbugs or roaches, and in this area, that alone pushes it above many other budget hotels.

Nothing fancy, but inexpensive, clean and friendly service. The rooms are large for what you get and it’s convenient to the terminals. If you like watching planes come and go, ask for a room facing the airport! It’s close enough to good view of the airfield. One complaint: the pillows suck.

We’ve stayed at several other hotels close by in this area and this one has been by far the worst. We had a room on the freeway side and the windows were so incredibly cheap that you heard very loud freeway traffic all night long. Barely slept. The pillows sucked. My neck now hurts. There’s this area that sticks out from the bed where you can lay a small suitcase and if you’re not used to something like that you run into it in the middle of the night on the way to the restroom and end up with a giant shin bruise. If you don’t have an app there’s no way to order any food. You can walk down the dark road to whataburger. No thanks. I also expected an airport shuttle like any other hotel in this area provides, but no. Not this one. Will never stay at a BW Plus again. I think the plus means you
