Positive: Kind and amicable front desk employees for checkin and breakfast Negative: Pretty dark. Little lighting. Carpet very old. Bathroom tub wasn’t very clean.

For what you get here, around $90/night, you can get a better place with a more convenient location elsewhere. Even though it was the start of summer, the outdoor pool was closed. No explanation given. I had to call Best Western to get missing rewards credit added to my account, because the hotel obviously didn't report my stay.

I stayed here for an out of state medical procedure. It was centrally located and close to the market, Walmart, and plenty of businesses. The room was nice, quiet, comfortable beds and pillows, ac was great to have. Check in and out was quick and easy. The mini fridge and micro came in super handy! Because of our quick stay and surgical needs, we didn’t get to utilize many services, such as the gym or breakfast. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

Great hotel, a little old-fashioned but it makes the charm of the rooms precisely. Nothing to say and clean. Well located close to the expressways.

Upon check-in from a flight cancellation I was able to grab this room with ease. The check in process was easy and the front desk staff was kind and accommodating. The room is basic with a microwave and mini fridge for your needs. The beds are still spring style toppers, not my favorite but I actually slept solid despite that. The surrounding location is a bit rough with a circus training center located just behind the hotel itself. A bit sketch but not a problem nonetheless. Location also seems to be in the rough around the edges area just outside of love field. 9 minutes to be exact. Had their Continental breakfast this morning and again the staff is what gives this place a good rating.
