Best Western Lexington Inn

It wasn't bad. The price was what I paid for. There were little signs of age and not the best standard of clean. Overall, however, it was nice and worked just fine. The pool could have stood to be a little cleaner ( I know it was out of season). You can see the ceiling was not the greatest. To be honest, I think this is just a commentary on what our society has become. I know I sound like a grumpy old man. But people do not want to work. They want to get by with doing the least amount of work and make the most money. Bottom line: I would stay here again.

Room was not very clean. Bathroom floor was full of hair and had not been scrubbed in a long time. Walking into a room that is not very clean starts the stay off on the wrong foot. |Breakfast was very average but the gal working the breakfast area was very sweet!

This is a newer property on the east side of town with a friendly check in staff and a normal size room with comfy beds. Tiny bathroom, however, with barely room to close the door. All the normal breakfast items were available. Only complaint was the water noise from the floors above, showers draining and the toilets flushing. Was strange because there was no noise from the elevator or the ice machine nearby, just not insulated walls with pipes. Friendly check in staff.

You get what you pay for, rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was limited but it was something. Bathroom really small. But it was a budget friendly hotel and would stay again.

Positive: The gentleman at checkin was nice along with the lady in charge of the breakfast. We had minimal interaction with staff beyond that. Negative: The air in the room didnt work the whole time and it stayed humid. The room also had many places that were patched in the walls and ceiling.
