Best Western Galleria Inn & Suites

While a relatively average basic Best Western, Galleria Inn is definitely top notch when it comes to service. From booking to a room change, manager Shauna was nothing short of the most professional (yet warm) and helpful BW employee I have ever come across. Her staff were equally as helpful and engaging! I was there out of season but definitely appreciated the size of the pool. The courtyard in the middle was quite lovely. The location is hard to beat; convenience stores are nearby and the expressway connections get you to anywhere in Buffalo pretty fast.

Positive: The food was great for breakfast. Your room is nice and quiet, except for a leaking toilet. Negative: They said the doors would be lot 24 hours and the ones that were supposed to be locked you just walk right through.

This was the worst hotel stay i have ever had. We were move twice..the first room the toilet was working properly, second room deadbolt would work, had family members stuck in the hallway and those onside couldn't get out. Didn't have enough towels and washcloths. Just horrible. Never ever again.

Not worth $120. Rooms were clean. Heat didn't work in first room so they gave me another room and it took all night for that room to warm up. Ceilings were leaking in the hallway and it was freezing cold in the whole place. Needs renovated!

Room needed repairs - several lights didn’t work, light switch didn’t work, bathroom faucet handles were very loose. Not the cleanest hotel. Beds were SO uncomfortable. Had a very big dip in the middle that was worn out, springs squeaked with the slightest movement. Breakfast had nice options/variety.
