Best Western Dulles Airport Inn

Great value with a free airport shuttle and breakfast included. Communication with the hotel upon arrival was excellent. A huge shout out to MELINDA at the front desk. She was so accommodating and even noticed we had a lot of luggage and suggested another room to make it easier for us. Breakfast was a step up from the usual overnight stay and our room was excellent! That lovely hot bath after many hours of flying was so appreciated. Highly recommend staying here. NOTE: we actually booked a 2nd night on our return trip and Melinda took care of us once again.

The hotel needs complete overhaul. There is no elevator so beware if you have luggage. Our room smelled musty/mildew and just felt dirty. Even with the door open, it smelled bad. I was going to do laundry but the guest laundry machines were dirtier than my laundry. We spent one night because we got in late, then left the next morning & found another hotel. Would NOT recommend staying here.

Positive: Hotel was clean and all the expected amnesties were there. The only thing bad was the pillows were not good. I got cramps in my neck using those pillows other than that room was good. Breakfast is very good!! Staff is friendly )) Negative: Pillows are very uncomfortable. I got neck cramps.

No, it is not a luxury hotel, but this Best Western is a quiet, clean, comfortable stay. We stayed here in February as a "Park and Ride" to Dulles Airport. The staff was very kind, the towels and bedding new, the room temperature perfect, the breakfast good, and the shuttle frquent. We will stay here again. A great value.

Note: DO NOT TELEWORK HERE. The wifi is weak and hotspotting is in a deadspot, so even your phone's data plan won't save you. In general, this place meets the expectations of all the other Best Westerns I've been to. I also booked this place at a great deal especially in the location it's in. The hotel seems pretty grungy, but I slept pretty well here, and the amenities are pretty great. I had intentions of doing a little bit of telework here, but they did not really invest much in their wifi infrastructure, so you're getting at most 10down/10up here. I have Verizon, and even the 5G, which I expect UW should reach this area, is somehow blocked by nearby interference. So I would find another place to book if that is your intention to get some work done. Otherwise, if you're here to f
